Are you sick and tired of trying to slim down fast, but with everything you try out (diets, exercise regimens, diet pills, etc.), you’re just not getting the results you hoped for? Well, in today’s article I wanted to share with you one simple change I made that took me from not getting significant results to getting in the best shape of my life in 8 weeks time… permanently.
You see, when I began my weight loss journey, I weighed over 300 pounds, I had a terribly huge belly, and my waistline was big enough to fit a hula-hoop (lol)! Besides how I looked, I also felt like crap as well. This includes getting pain in my joints, cramping up EASILY, getting out of breath quickly, feeling self-conscious about my appearance, and so much more!
Because of the above, I took action and tried out many different types of fad diets and diet pills to try and quickly drop my stubborn pounds of fat. Unfortunately, I didn’t know at the time that by going on fad diets and diet pills, I was only causing more problems than good…
What problems came about from using those things?
1.) I felt tired a lot.
2.) I kept having severe stomach pains.
3.) My metabolism apparently decreased because whatever weight I lost… came right back on me… and then some!
4.) I was spending A LOT of money.
5.) And so much more!
So, what happened as this point was I started to feel hopeless. I felt as if I tried out everything there was to get in shape, and nothing seemed to work out for me. I feel shameful to admit this, but I actually even went as far as trying to starve myself!
After cooling down and coming back to my senses, I felt the need again to try and get in shape. That’s when I came across a particular diet program that had some pretty interesting information on the front page of their website. Basically, in a nutshell, the diet mentioned that it was all about EATING to lose weight instead of fad dieting… or even worse… starving yourself!
But it went a little further than that…
I decided to try this program out since it was based on a completely different approach than the other programs I tried out before. I also decided to try it out since it seemed to be 100% natural as well.
Well, after using this program for roughly 8 weeks, I dropped 52 pounds and improved my overall health… permanently!
The reason this diet worked so well when other programs didn’t is because of one simple adjustment in comparison to other programs…
That simple adjustment was instead of eating less meals with more calories and typical food options, I ate more meals with less calories and with fat burning super-foods.
Why does that approach work better?
1.) By eating more meals with less calories you are improving your digestive system, increasing your energy levels, and boosting your metabolism.
2.) By eating fat burning super-foods (foods high in antioxidants, protein, healthy fat, and healthy carbs), you are easily dropping pounds of body fat simply by eating. And it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see that a powerful weight loss method that is as easy as simply eating normal foods that you buy at your local grocery store is a very wise decision!
