Alright, the first thing I wanted to talk to you about are some of those “secrets” (better known as alternative weight loss methods) that will make a tremendous difference with your body.
1. Cleansing – Getting rid of excess toxins in your body will not only make you feel better, improve your digestive system, and increase your energy levels, it will also help you lose weight, burn fat, and improve your overall health quicker.
2. Interval Cardio – Most people are aware of doing basic traditional cardio (walking, jogging, etc.). However, most people don’t realize that if you combine both high intensity cardio and low intensity cardio together, you will virtually TRIPLE your fat loss results.
An example of this type of cardio is you would walk on the treadmill at a speed of 3.0 for 2 minutes, and then run at a speed of 6.0 for 30 seconds, and repeat this pattern for about 20 minutes.
3. Shifting Calories – This type of dieting is very different from traditional dieting methods. What it is based around is eating healthy foods… BUT… you eat them in different patterns. This is the type of diet I personally went on, and I can tell you from personal experience… it works… VERY well. In fact, I ended up dropping over 50 pounds of FAT (not muscle or water weight).
So, as you can see from the above, there are some “secrets”, if you will, that you can integrate into “normal” dieting and exercising to get great results.
Speaking of “normal” dieting and exercising, please do not get confused. With all these different diet programs that keep coming out, it ends up causing people to assume that traditional dieting doesn’t work. And that is further from the truth.
The best thing to do is to just look at these different diets that are coming out as a TOOL to help speed up results that you would get from traditional dieting. That’s all.
As far as exercising is concerned, it does get a little tricky as far as what works. The basic point when it comes to fitness is that it must be based on YOU.
In other words, it boils down to what your goals are, what your body type is, and what will get YOU results. P90x may work for you and it may not. Going to the gym may work and it may not. Doing body weight exercises at home may work for you and it may not. Jogging may work for you… etc., etc.

If you want to get ripped and lean, then you should do interval cardio. If you have a lot of fat to lose, then you should do calorie shifting.
