That is why people are told to take supplements when taking these drugs. Some people’s heart rates raise and so does their blood pressure. Also with these effects comes the increase in the risk of a stroke or heart attack.
When it comes to losing weight, nothing beats hard work, sweat and discipline. Even the natural diet pills, and herbal products have bad effects on many people. Exercise and following a natural balanced diet is still the best way to diet. Have a friend guide you, and help you in your weight loss efforts.
