A Fast Metabolism Equals A Flatter Belly! (4 Step Checklist To Skyrocket Your Metabolism TODAY!)

It’s no mystery nowadays that if you want to get a flatter belly, then having a faster metabolism is by far one of the most important things that will make this possible. Having a faster metabolism will also mean quicker weight loss, quicker muscle gain, and then once you obtain that KILLER body… you’ll maintain that KILLER body for good! That’s the power of having faster metabolism. But now the question is: How? How can you get a faster metabolism so that you’ll lose belly fat and gain all of those wonderful benefits lightning fast? Well, that’s what I’m going to share with you today! Read on for a quick 4 step checklist on things you can do to get your metabolism running stronger TODAY!

Morning…

As soon as you awake, do the following:

1.) Have at least 8 ounces of fresh ice-cold water. This will cause something called thermogenesis (your body has been warm all night, and now is shocked with ice-cold water, and this will cause your metabolism to increase in order to quickly warm the water up)!

2.) One surefire way to jump-start your metabolism for the day is to do a quick 5 minute circuit training routine. What I recommend you do is a body-weight exercise circuit (push-ups, running in place, jumping jacks, mountain climbers, etc.) for at least 5 minutes to power up your metabolism for the day. This also will help in providing natural energy for the day as well!

3.) Then, ensure you have a nutrient dense breakfast (and NEVER skip breakfast by the way). Your breakfast should be high in protein, moderate in complex carbs, small in healthy fat, and VERY little with simple carbs.

Drinks…

There are plenty of things for you to drink to increase your metabolism, improve your overall health, and boost your energy. Those things would be water (of course), ALL types of teas (including green, black, herbal, etc.), apple cider vinegar, natural homemade fruit juice and vegetable juice (with no sugar added), and even coffee (in moderation). Avoid ANY type of soda or sugary drinks at all costs (including so-called diet beverages!).

Exercise…

The only types of exercises I recommend you do if you want to boost your metabolism and get that perfect body are high intensity cardio (such as H.I.I.T and sprinting) and resistance training (especially compound weight training exercises that involves more than one muscle group at a time… such as push-ups or squats).

Nutrition…

1.) Eat plenty of raw veggies and protein as these foods will increase your metabolism just by eating them.

2.) Avoid eating within 3 hours before going to bed and also avoid eating too heavy at night to prevent your body from storing calories as EXTRA body fat! This will end up happening because our metabolism runs slower in the evening.

3.) Add spices to your meals. It’s been proven that spices such as cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and more can actually increase your metabolic rate.

4.) And finally, I recommend that you go on a diet program (such as THIS ONE HERE) that is specifically designed to boost your metabolism with the NORMAL foods you are eating to get healthy. And this has NOTHING to do with reducing carbs, reducing fats, reducing calories, or doing anything else restrictive.
