8 Steps To Get A Slimmer And Sexy Body In As Little As 4 Weeks (And Keep The Weight Off!)

Fit clothes better. Check. Feel better about myself. Check. Improve my overall health. Check. Have more energy. Check. Get amazing results PERMANENTLY. Check. Alright, now that you have all of your reasons in place (and maybe more) for wanting to lose weight and fat, it’s now time to take action and get a slimmer body that is healthy, toned, and full of energy!

Step 1 – Always eat, but never overeat…

To slim down, you have to raise your metabolism consistently throughout the day. One of the best ways to do this is with how you eat your food. What to do is to eat every 2-3 hours, BUT, make sure that each of your meals are never too high in calories. For example, have a 300 calorie meal every 2-3 hours. Eating too many calories at once and not eating often during the day can cause a reduction in your metabolism. Doing the exact opposite will have the exact opposite effect.

A good diet program will be based around this method and will design a menu plan for you.

Step 2 – Eat lots of what the body wants most…

No, those craving urges you feel is NOT what the body wants. That is what YOU want. When you crave cheesecake, candy, etc., that is all you. Your body craves raw foods (nuts, fruits, and veggies). Yes, I know you’ve probably heard this a billion times before, but it’s worth repeating. You MUST get an adequate amount of raw foods every day. The reason for this is because these foods will actually curb your appetite, satisfy craving urges, boost your metabolism, improve your digestive system, improve your overall health, boost your natural energy levels, and more!

Step 3 – Stop workout out so much…

You do not have to spend sixty minutes on the treadmill and an hour doing weight training routines. You can get in great shape simply by spending 10-30 minutes doing interval cardio mixed with resistance training. A good example of this type of exercising is doing body-weight exercise routines in a circuit (multiple workouts done back to back in a circuit).

This type of exercising raises your metabolism and your resting metabolism.

Step 4 – Develop what the body was meant to have…

MUSCLE! No, you don’t have to get gigantic muscles either. You simply need to add lean muscle tissue on your body. As mentioned above, you can do body-weight routines, or you can do resistance training with free-weights.

By building lean muscle tissue, you are helping your body automatically burn off pounds of fat and you’ll look 10 times better than someone who just focused on losing pounds (which produces that skinny-fat look).

Step 5 – Supplement the smart way…

First, supplementation is just that… ADDING on. It doesn’t mean IN PLACE OF. So please don’t think that it is okay to avoid eating foods high in vitamins and minerals just because your taking supplements. Second, the best supplements I recommend you take are 100% natural supplements. Third, I strongly recommend you avoid taking any type of diet pill.

Now, some of the supplements I recommend (and that I personally take) are multi-vitamins, green tea extract, and fish oil.

Step 6 – Fight stress the right way…

This means do not utilize food as your source of fighting stress. Eating foods for comfort is a surefire way to not only end up overweight, but also it makes it more difficult for you to break the habit of eating bad foods (and this is because you now have an association… which would be stress).

Now first, it’s important to decrease stress, because having too much of it literally can add pounds of unwanted fat (especially around your midsection). This is due to an abundance of cortisol (a chemical in our bodies that is released under stressful situations) being released. Secondly, to decrease stress the right way, some of the things I recommend are higher intensity workouts (interval cardio, sprinting, heavy bag boxing), deep breathing routines, and doing something as simple as getting some fresh air and going for a walk in a quiet setting.

Step 7 – Hydrate your body with what your body is mostly made up of…

WATER! Not sugary fruit juices, sodas, alcohol, etc. You can lose a lot of weight simply by drinking more water! To get best results, drink the amount in ounces of water that is one half your current body-weight.

Step 8 – Think smart with choosing a diet…

Restricting your body from nutrients or starving yourself is not smart… to say the least. Therefore, restrictive diets are the types of diets I recommend you avoid. A smart diet will be based on steps #1 and #2 above, and it also will be based on skyrocketing the hormones in your body that actually burn fat (which brings very significant results in the first 2-4 weeks).
