Vegetables are an important part of getting ripped because they give your body the micronutrients that it needs, but the best part about vegetables is that they’re delicious, and you can eat as many as want… even while you’re cutting.
One thing that you probably don’t know about vegetables and other foods that we eat, is that during the production process they can come in contact with chemicals such as pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers that can actually cause our bodies to store more fat.
These chemicals are called xenoestrogens.
The problem is, even if you eat organic foods and are very aware of these chemicals, it is hard if not impossible to completely avoid them in the foods that you eat. Cruciferous vegetables include broccoli, kale, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, and cabbage. There are others, but these are the most common ones you’ll find in your grocery store.
One important thing to understand is that for vegetables to have an effect on you, you need to be eating them everyday… at least twice a day to be exact. Some people love these vegetables, and have no problem eating a lot of them. But a lot of people would rather go hungry than eat their vegetables.

How to Prepare Vegetables That Taste Delicious
One of my favorite ways to cook broccoli and cauliflower is to cut it up into little pieces, toss it around with a little olive oil, and then broil it. About five minutes before it’s done, pull it out and sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on it.
It’s delicious, and anyone that I’ve had try it said it was good… even vegetable haters. Another favorite flavor of mine that seems to have been created especially for these types of vegetables is red wine vinegar.
Red wine vinegar has its own health benefits, but it also tastes great splashed on some steamed broccoli or Brussels sprouts. You can buy these belly-fat-burning-veggies raw, or you can buy them frozen in those little bags. The frozen ones are my favorite, because they’re so convenient.
They’re easy to store, and you don’t have to worry about them going bad.
If you will start adding some of these vegetable to your daily diet, and eat these instead of unhealthy side dishes, you’ll start losing body fat and getting more muscly pretty quick.
