If you get a minimum of 8 hours of rest, you literally can burn up to 500 calories just from sleeping! Have you ever felt somewhat lighter in the morning after having a good night’s sleep? If you have, then that’s because your bodies metabolism was working overtime burning off calories, building lean muscle tissue, and more… while you were sleeping!

A Genius Eating Technique That Is So Simple It’s Ridiculous!…

Now, to lose weight and to burn fat, what you eat is obviously THE MOST IMPORTANT aspect. It doesn’t matter what else you do, if you are not eating right, then the results are not coming. This will clearly make all those ineffective and unnatural fad diets (such as reducing fats, reducing carbs, reducing calories, etc.) obsolete!

Having said that, to really speed up fat loss, it goes a little further than just WHAT you eat. You also have to take into consideration HOW you eat as well. And this is where it get’s really interesting!

Now here’s the twist: The diet was based around first eating more often throughout the day (which in of itself increases your metabolism), and second, it was based around alternating your eating patterns around to prevent your metabolism from getting used to your eating pattern.
